After a long wait, the Halo Infinite single-player campaign has been released today. It’s available on Steam and the Xbox app for PC players, as well as on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The addition of new Pokémon usually sparks excitement from the shiny hunting community because they’ll have new targets to try to add to their collection. But some players are going to be upset with some choices made in Pokémon Sword and Shield’s The Crown Tundra expansion.  Specifically, several of the newest legendary Pokémon have been confirmed to be shiny locked, meaning there’s no legal way to get any of their shiny variants in the game.

Escape from Tarkov is one of the most intense and difficult first-person shooters around. The unforgiving game drops players into various maps as they gather loot and attempt to escape without being killed by other players or Scavs. Tarkov doesn’t hold your hand in any way and doesn’t provide any map for you to reference by default. Even though Apex Legends fans just received an Heirloom for Wattson, it appears the next melee skin is already on the horizon. The next Heirloom will belong to Crypto, according to a video posted by Apex news YouTuber Thordan Smash. It’s a retractable knife known as a jikdo, which Crypto can be seen twirling around and brandishing in the clip. There don’t seem to be too many animations associated with it yet, but the few that exist show Crypto performing a horizontal slash with the blade out and retracting the knife when he’s finished.

The Call of Duty League is finally back for a new season. It’s been a while since Vanguard was released, but the CDL is ready to kick things off with some LAN action mixed with online play featuring all 12 of the league’s teams. There will be four Major LAN events in 2022, each hosted by different CDL teams. Texas, Minnesota, Toronto, and New York will play hosts for the Majors, and the CDL Championship Weekend will be played on LAN, too.
