When it comes to the Crucible, a Guardian is only as good as their arsenal. In Destiny 2, the Crucible’s sandbox shifts every few months. Certain guns and entire archetypes are changed, for the better or worse, and new guns enter the meta when it comes time to grind Quickplay, Competitive, or even Trials of Osiris. The VALORANT team took the competitive queues down last night due to some game-breaking bugs, and players are waking up to no fix. The issues first started late last night when players reported some big bugs that caught the attention of the VALORANT developers. One bug impacted Raze’s Blast Pack and the other bug was related to the Spike defuse sound not being audible in certain situations, although Riot did not expand on what those situations were or if they were consistent.

One of Twitch’s most popular streamers Hasan Piker received a ban from the streaming platform today. Hasan said he was banned for “anti white racism” following his use of the word “cracker” during a broadcast. The ban occurred after Hasan concluded his broadcast today, in which he watched clips from a previous stream with around 40,000 viewers. The streamer says the ban is linked to the ongoing debate between himself and viewers regarding the use of the term “cracker” towards white people.

The Netflix series Arcane brought in a new audience for League of Legends; one interested in the massive lore of the franchise and invested in the characters they followed throughout the first season of the critically acclaimed animated show. Many of the show’s primary characters are also some of the game’s iconic champions, including Jinx, Vi, Jayce, Caitlyn, Ekko, and Heimerdinger. The show also stars Viktor, but it’s a Viktor that hasn’t undergone all the augmentation the in-game version fields.

The number of customization options players have when it comes to their weapon loadout in New World is immense. With 11 weapons in total, there are over 120 combinations of weapons players can choose from when building their loadout.  Ideally, you’ll want to approach combat situations with one weapon suitable for close range, and another for long-range damage. Being able to move in and out of the thick of things while still dealing damage from everywhere on the battlefield is a vital aspect of combat in New World.

Rust‘s content patch brought Underwater Labs to the survival game, giving players a good reason to go underwater. While open waters have always been a part of the survival game, Underwater Labs contain decent loot, the promise of adventure, and an excuse to test your sea legs. Players face a long battle against NPCs to take over a Lab: the bases are large and there are more NPCs than you can kill in a single go.

Back 4 Blood gives players the opportunity to take on hordes of zombies as a variety of different characters, but when new players start things up, it can be quite confusing as there are just four characters available to use. Back 4 Blood currently has eight different characters, or as the game refers to them Cleaners. Upon starting, you’ll have a choice between four, but the other half will need to be earned through alternative methods.
