Though Riot Games has been taking things slowly regarding Wild Rift’s launch, more players get to try out the game each passing month as the developer invites more regions to the beta. Wild Rift may look like a League of Legends port from a distance, but the game was built from the ground up to ensure compatibility with all mobile devices. This also allowed Riot to make Wild Rift easier to play and even try out new mechanics that could only be pulled off with mobile controls.

As we inch closer and closer to the premiere of Riot Games’ upcoming animated series Arcane, developers released a quick sneak peek of a long-awaited update to Caitlyn, one of League of Legends‘ most beloved champions, in a video from today. Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover, received a new champion theme. Ashort video featuring the song also showcases multiple new looks for Runeterra’s favorite sharpshooter, including many of her updated skins.

In Lost Ark, players are stuck with their class choice since it’s not possible to change the class of a character after creation. But there’s more to it: The developer encourages the creation of alternate characters, and leveling them up will often help players through their journey with their main character. There are many ways to speed up the process of leveling up your alternate character and unlocking content for them, such as the Roster levels and free Powerpasses.

Although Final Fantasy XIV‘s developer tries to fix as many of them as possible, new and returning issues occur, particularly when major patches are introduced. Many errors can arise at any moment while trying to connect to a game, and some prevent the players from launching FFXIV. One issue displaying the text “an unexpected error has occurred” causes FFXIV to crash without much explanation outside a list of file names. But there are some fixes to try.

Though triple-A games may look more injury-proof than indie titles from outside, even titans can shiver. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players aren’t strangers to occasional server problems that come and go whenever a double XP weekend kicks off, but a fundamental error that prevents you from even launching the game can be scary. Dev error 6345 usually appears after your game gets shut down by itself while opening and forces you to go back to the Battle.

Dying Light 2 is out and fans of the franchise are finally starting to get their hands on the game. But before they can do that, they must find enough space on their hard drives to fit it. With modern AAA games getting bigger and bigger, the size of a game is a growing concern among gamers who enjoy a wide variety of titles—and Dying Light 2 is no small game.

Although not originally meant for shooters, controllers have become a core part of making first-person shooters (FPS) or any other shooter genre what they are today.  Shooters have been a popular part of gaming for decades now, from old-school titles such as Halo and Call of Duty—which were practically console exclusives—to contemporary battle royale powerhouses such as Fortnite and Apex Legends. That success is accompanied by a debate on which form is the best to play.

Earlier today, Ludwig announced he would be leaving Twitch to stream exclusively on YouTube. Following the announcement, Ludwig shared some insight into how he came to the decision that leaving Twitch would be the right thing to do for his career. Ludwig said that although YouTube offered more money than Twitch initially, he was inclined to renew his contract with Twitch. After some more pondering and some questionable decision-making antics like flipping a coin, Ludwig was still leaning towards Twitch.

Wizards of the Coast will complete the three-color mana fixing land cycle, better known as Tri-lands, within the upcoming Magic: The Gathering Standard-legal set Streets of New Capenna.  The release of Ikoria: Lair of Behmoths brought a new cycle of three-colorlands that enter the battlefield tapped and have the MTG mechanic “Cycling.” The cycle of tapped lands within Streets of New Capenna (SNC) will showcase shards, as opposed to wedges. The five combinations of colors for shards are Bant (GWU), Esper (WUB), Grixis (UBR), Jund (BRG), and Naya (RGW).

Players will need decent aim and reflexes to excel at Fortnite. That’s nowhere close to the whole story, though. There are other factors that can fundamentally alter player match-ups in Fortnite. Spotting your enemy before they can see you will often give you an advantage over them, and once you have the element of surprise on your side, the chances of you taking down your opponent significantly increase. Players have been using various tricks to make it easier to spot enemies in Fortnite, and one of them is by using different colorblind settings.
