A new season of content in Pokémon Go means a new season of the Pokémon Go Battle League (GBL) is on the way. Season 11 will start on June 1, with the usual GBL rank reset going into effect as players who participated in the previous season are able to claim their end-of-season rewards.  Along with the season 11 schedule, Niantic has also detailed the new guaranteed rank-up encounters. This includes a chance to encounter Shiny Axew for the first time if players are lucky enough to do so, though it will only be available after it becomes available widely following Go Fest 2022.

Captain Teemo is on duty, and in League of Legends’ upcoming Patch 11.21, it looks like Bandle City’s resident scout is getting some big buffs to his damage, alongside a plethora of champions. In the most recent patch preview, Teemo’s Blinding Dart ability is getting its duration increased by 0.5 seconds per rank. At max rank, his blind will last a whopping three seconds. The missile speed of his Q is also getting buffed from 1,500 to 2,500, which means it’ll hit a lot quicker than before.

Slimming things down a bit, Tim released a new logo that he teased a few weeks ago featuring three Ts closely aligned. Popular Twitch streamer BruceDropEmOff has become the latest content creator to join streaming collective and esports organization OTK. Bruce began streaming in January 2016, gaining his initial popularity after appearing on many of AustinShows’ livestreamed game shows such as his battle royale style podcast. The Austin-based streamer massively grew his own following over the past two years, most well known for his Just Chatting and variety content. Lost Ark is the latest MMO to burst onto the gaming scene with thousands of players diving into the exciting new title. The game officially releases on Feb. 11, but players are already enjoying it with early access.  One common issue players might encounter is having too many items in their inventory, preventing them from carrying other valuable things they find on their adventures. Some items are worth keeping and dropping them is something most players want to avoid.

The veteran Final Fantasy XIV streamer Mrhappy1227 witnessed it to the fullest yesterday when he made a desperate call to his community for help on his YouTube channel on April 26. In the video, he said he had started a GoFundMe with a goal of $50,000 to help pay for medical and living fees for his mother, who cannot work due to being “semi-paralyzed” following a severe case of cerebrospinal fluid leak.

Over the course of the last couple of seasons, Fortnite fans welcomed many Marvel characters to the game. Spider-Man is the next hero in line, with his movie coming in recently. Not only will players be able to unlock Spider-Man as a playable skin through the Battle Pass, but they’ll also be able to explore some of the most iconic pieces of the franchise inside Fortnite.
