Pokémon Go Fest 2021 has arrived, and with it, Legendary Pokémon from across the series are returning to Raid Battles throughout all of day two. Go Fest’s second day focuses heavily on Raids that feature some of the most powerful Pokémon currently in the game. Though day one’s hourly habitats will be returning, they will be accompanied by Raid themes that rotate every hour and feature various Legendary Pokémon of different types.

Pokémon Go Fest 2022 is being split up into multiple segments this year, with a two-day event in June leading into a finale in August. Each portion will be distinct and have its own bonuses to entice players to participate even if they don’t purchase an event ticket.  Starting today, players can purchase their tickets for Go Fest 2022 from the in-game shop, which will cost $14.99 and give them access to the event on Saturday, June 4, and Sunday, June 5.

Geofiltering gained prominence again recently after Royal2 was banned for violating the rules of the Halo Championship Series. The ban was officially due to “server manipulation,” according to officials, who argued that Royal2 used “geofiltering” to force their opponents in the NA Open Series and NA Kickoff Qualifier into servers with “abnormally high” pings.

Pokémon Sword and Shield add a bunch of new regional variants to the mix, including an Ice-type version of Black and White’s Darumaka and Darmanitan. The Pokémon is exclusive to Sword and can be found in either Route 8 or 10. But the way in which you evolve it is different in this generation. Unlike in Black and White, where you could evolve a Darumaka into a Darmanitan simply by leveling up, Sword and Shield force you to evolve its Galar counterpart by using an evolution stone.

VALORANT can be a fun and exciting game where players work together to outsmart and outgun their enemies. Teamwork and communication are required to succeed, and finding teammates willing to cooperate can be difficult. After two weeks of exhausting open qualifiers, 12 North American teams are now set to compete in the first VALORANT Champions Tour Challengers One main event. Today VALORANT developers Riot Games announced Split is playable in competitive queue again just one day after being disabled. Although the developers did not mention what exploit caused the disabling of the map, it has been speculated the recent Jett exploit in Heaven prompted Riot to take swift action. Riot disabled Split from competitive queues on June 9 following the circulation of a popular Jett updraft exploit that allowed the character to land on a light above Heaven toward the A-site.
