Pokémon Go’s new Season of Go is underway, bringing tons of content to players from the beginning with two special events. Go Fest 2022, which transpires on the weekend of June 4 and 5, will be directly followed by the return of Adventure Week from June 7 to 12. Adventure Week’s 2022 edition will be the first since 2019. The event typically features Rock-Type and Fossil Pokémon, with new Shiny forms and some new species coming to the game.

G2 Esports has officially introduced its League of Legends roster for the 2022 season, featuring new additions in the top and bottom lanes to supplement the returning mid-jungle core of Caps and Jankos. The kings of Europe made plenty of moves this offseason after a calamitous 2021 season in which they missed out on the World Championship. Veteran top laner Broken Blade is joining G2 from now-defunct Schalke 04. Magic: The Gathering‘s second Dungeons & Dragons crossover set Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur’s Gate introduces three new Planeswalker cards to the game. In both Limited and Constructed, Planeswalkers are powerful permanents that are self-contained value engines. Many Planeswalkers can offer card draw, card selection, token generation, or a game-winning damage ability. Recent Planeswalker design in Magic has focused more on supporting specific archetypes over generic good cards that fit in any strategy.

With only a week until the Stockholm Major, Valve released the Dota 2 patch for the tournament. Numerous heroes received nerfs and buffs to ensure all of them can become viable picks in the competitive domain once again. While the patch doesn’t introduce many drastic changes, even the smallest of tweaks can make the difference in turning a hero into a top pick. But now, to celebrate the 2020 season, Riot is giving them out for free.  Refund tokens offer players the opportunity to refund a skin, a champion, or any other cosmetic goodie available in League’s shop. If you misclick or simply have a change of heart, you can cash in one of your tokens for a no-questions-asked refund. Once you’ve used up your three tokens, though, they’re gone for good.
