Pokémon from Sun and Moon are stopping by to say ‘Alola’ for the first time in Pokémon Go’s new Welcome to Alola event from March 1 to 9.  During the event, players will encounter a handful of new Pokémon from generation seven in the wild for the first time at an increased spawn rate as they become wildly available in Pokémon Go.  The initial roster of Alolan Pokémon includes Rowlet, Litten, Popplio, Pikipek, and Yungoos spawning in the wild, Rockruff and Jangmo-o hatching from Eggs, and Tapu Koko appearing in five-star raids.

The very best Teamfight Tactics players in North America competed in the last Set 6.5 tournament prior to the Gizmos & Gadgets: Neon Nights Regional Finals.  Based on TFT Set 6.5 ladder rankings, 16 NA players competed for two invites to the Regional Finals at the Neon Nights Challenger Series tournament. Fortnite’s Winterfest is now over, and players are back to grinding the game with seasonal quests. One of the week five challenges for this season requires players to harvest five timber pine trees on the map. The pine trees in Fortnite’s Chapter Three are a new addition that works differently from regular trees in the game. They appear like standard trees, but their trunk is a lighter brown. Moreover, they are found primarily in snowy regions of the map.

Every year, the Overwatch Summer Games event comes back around bearing board shorts and palm tree shirts. This year, the event is launching on Aug. 4 with eight new hero skins for players to unlock or earn. As is the standard for Summer Games, most of the new skins revolve around the beach or other summer activities. Skins and other assets, like emotes and player icons, can be unlocked until Aug.

Activision announced an updated release date for season one of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War today and it’s six days later than what was originally planned. To celebrate the release of season one, and thank players for being patient with the six-day delay, Activision is releasing two free cosmetic packs for Black Ops Cold War, including Operator skins for both Park and Garcia.
