With the launch of each Call of Duty title, a new ruleset is eventually released by the Call of Duty League. But every year, pro players implement their own unofficial rules, more commonly known as Gentlemen’s Agreements (GAs). If a weapon, attachment, item, or setting is deemed uncompetitive or overpowered and isn’t officially banned by the league, pro players will vote in a private chat with representatives from all 12 teams to decide if the item will be unofficially banned.

Big changes are taking place at the Teamfight Tactics Gizmos and Gadgets World Championship, from the number of players competing to the announcement of a final last chance qualifier for Western regions.  The TFT Set Six/6.5 World Championship will take place from April 29 to May 1, showcasing 32 of the best players from around the globe. Worlds will run for a total of three days, shaving the field in half at the end of each day.

Destiny 2’s season 17 sparked the curiosity of fans because of the amount of official information surrounding it before its release—or, more accurately, because of the lack of it. The Season of the Haunted trailer was scheduled to release just two hours before the season’s launch, but Bungie put it up early after a Japanese version of the trailer surfaced online, revealing the storyline that follows Season of the Risen and The Witch Queen, including gameplay changes and the season pass.

The launch of Apple’s new iPhone SE has many getting new phones or just starting to get into the Apple space. To use features like iMessage or FaceTime, all users need is an AppleID. Creating this gives unique access to Apple’s text and video-chat features with no cellular data plan required, just an internet connection.  But even after creating an AppleID, users must wait for their device to activate to use these applications.

Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War players have been experiencing crashes that started appearing right after the latest patch was pushed to the live servers. While it isn’t known what this patch may have done to cause such an error, the crashes continue to prevent players from enjoying CoD. While it generally takes an additional patch to get rid of such errors and crashes for good, there are a few tricks that players can try out to try to fix the crashes by themselves.

An internal investigation conducted by TSM has confirmed that the team’s former League of Legends coach Peter Zhang took money from players’ salaries, acting as a buffer between players and undisclosed third parties, according to a report published earlier today by Dexerto. Zhang was fired from his position as TSM’s League coach in March following “very serious allegations of conflict of interest and unethical practices,” according to a statement made by the organization earlier this year.

Noxcrew is rolling right into its next numbered event for season two of the Minecraft Championships (MCC). Just like with July’s MCC 15, there won’t be any specific theme for the event and teams will be composed of a nice mix of new and returning competitors.  There are 10 teams created for every MCC event, each featuring four content creators or streamers. Those teams will then compete in eight different minigames, earning points throughout the event, with the top two teams at the end of all eight rounds competing in one final showdown for the MCC coin.

ILCA developed Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl with the idea of bringing a faithful version of the original games to the Nintendo Switch while also adding quality of life changes and updating certain obsolete aspects of the game.  The remakes completely changed elements such as the Underground and Pal Park, and the newer titles don’t include the Global Trade Station (GTS).  The GTS introduced the ability to trade Pokémon with players around the world through the Geonet and the Nintendo DS’ ability to connect to Wi-Fi networks.

Popular content creator, musician, and recent voice actor Corpse Husband has explained his hiatus from streaming while appearing on Ironmouse’s broadcast. While playing Minecraft with fellow streamers Lily Pichu, Iron Mouse, and more, Corpse explained that streaming gave him intense bouts of anxiety. “Every single stream, I would just be shaking the whole time,” the content creator recounted, “and I was like, ‘yeah, I don’t really think I enjoyed doing this.

The 2021 LPL Summer Split has finally returned. Matches will take place in an offline format. Audience members are allowed with masks on to protect the pro League of Legends players and staff from potential exposure to COVID-19. The league will crown its champion on Aug. 8, who will lead four LPL teams to the 2021 League World Championship. A total of 17 teams will face off against one another in a single round-robin over 10 weeks.
