Popular Twitch streamer AustinShow has signed with G4 as on-air talent and a creative executive. The 100 Thieves content creator will both be a host on regular programs and pioneer several new shows for the channel. AustinShow is most well known for his long-running game shows Love or Host and the Talent Show. Beginning in 2013, AustinShow quickly rose as one of the platform’s most prolific streamers, amassing tens of thousands of concurrent viewers per stream with his unique content.

EA Sports added an 84-rated Rulebreakers version of Michail Antonio from West Ham to FIFA 22 Ultimate Team’s objectives menu today. This is Antonio’s first special card in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team. The Rulebreakers promo upgrades different skills than expected, giving a different gameplay for players featured in this event. EA has generally increased most of his skills like his Passing (+5), Dribbling (+5), and Pace (+4) when compared to his 79-rated gold version.

Even though every champion received new tools in League of Legends’ recent durability changes, some have continued to struggle in their respective roles, forcing Riot to step in with a mid-patch hotfix. Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison, the lead designer on game balance in League, announced that Patch 12.10b was being released immediately as a hotfix to address some of the champions most impacted by 12.10’s durability update. The list of champions buffed includes many that have seen their win rate fall significantly, whereas many other champions have enjoyed a win rate increase.

The term Virtual YouTuber (VTuber) may be new to most people, but the VTubing community existed even before the term came to be. Though they didn’t have a name back then, there were multiple virtual content creators catering mostly to a Japanese audience. VTubers aren’t that different from regular content creators. As opposed to having a face cam while streaming a game, they use a virtual avatar instead. This virtual avatar reacts to their gestures and movement, becoming the face of their channel.

It appears that while Twitch is not outright banning the content colloquially known as the “hot tub meta,” it’s placing it in a new category on its site. Twitch announced the creation of the “Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches” category today in reaction to the rise of attractive women wearing bikinis in their hot tubs overwhelming the “Just Chatting” section. The 2021 Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG mega tin, the 2021 Tin of Ancient Battles, is almost here, and Konami has slowly started showing off cards by letting select content creators open the sealed product.
