The rapier is one of 11 weapons that are currently usable in Amazon’s MMO New World, serving as one of the highest damage options among the melee weapons. This light sword, one of three one-handed weapons, is the perfect option for players that want to get up in the face of their opponent but also want to show off their finesse. Along with a number of dodge and parry abilities, the rapier is highlighted by quick attacks and damage-over-time bleeds that allow players to skillfully get in and out of their opponents’ melee range while still dealing damage.

When you log onto Final Fantasy XIV Online, it’s hard not to be amazed by the number of customization options you’ll have. HCS Kansas City concluded earlier this month, marking the start of a four-month wait until Halo Infinite‘s North American pro teams are back on LAN for another Major. HCS Orlando will be taking place in the latter stages of September, with the 2022 Halo World Championship finals following suit a month later in October. We’ve had the dates since the schedule was revealed at the beginning of the competitive season, but now the venues for both Major tournaments have finally been announced.

Lost Ark launched yesterday for those who purchased Founder’s Packs for the game, and it’s already started picking up a lot of traction on Steam and Twitch. To gain access to the MMO before Feb. 11, players must purchase one of the four Founder’s Packs. All four tiers come with a three-day head start before its official launch date. Founder’s Packs don’t just have a three-day head start, though. They come with some other goodies as well, such as a Crystalline Aura, which gives a variety of bonuses upon application and serves as the game’s subscription system.

The Void Elves are a playable race in World of Warcraft that was introduced during the end of the Legion expansion. When they were initially released, players had to go through multiple challenges to play this race. But nowadays, the achievement is much easier to complete, especially with a level 60 character. To unlock this race, you need to complete two prerequisites: the “You Are Now Prepared” achievement, which can take up to a couple of hours, and a special recruitment quest once you have this achievement completed.

Riot Games has added some major updates to the League of Legends Public Beta Environment (PBE), including player profile borders. As Skin Spotlights pointed out in a YouTube video today, the redesigns affect every single profile border from level one to level 500. While the changes for some borders are minor and keep the essence of the current system, there are others like the level 125 border that has received changes to its concept and color scheme.

Two of Kayle’s rarest skins, Judgement Kayle and Silver Kayle, are available to purchase right now on Garena’s SEA servers in League of Legends to celebrate the release of the champion’s recent rework. Anyone in the League of Legends community should know how rare both of these skins are. After all, Silver Kayle was only released with the original retail copy of League of Legends in 2009.  Since stores pretty much never restock the physical editions of the game because there’s really no need to, it’s nearly impossible to find a copy of the original codes, making Silver Kayle one of the rarest items around.

Pokémon TCG fans are just over a week away from the latest set, Fusion Strike, set to launch on Nov. 12. Thanks to the full set being revealed late last week, we’ve got a better idea of which cards collectors are going to want to chase. Fusion Strike is the largest set in Pokémon TCG history and boasts cards from a variety of Japanese OCG sets including Fusion Arts, Eevee Heroes, Silver Lance, and Jet-Black Spirit, as well as some cards cut from Evolving Skies, and more.

2021 brought a myriad of new titles to VR fans, from long-awaited sequels to classic horror VR remakes and breathtaking narrative experiences. With titles such as Resident Evil 4, Lone Echo II, and A Township Tale, along with great updates to VR classics such as Beat Saber, this year seemed unbeatable in terms of releases. There is no shortage of announced releases for 2022 for VR fans to get excited about, however.
