Topson announced today that he’ll be stepping away from competitive Dota 2 to focus on and spend time with his family—at least for the next season.  This news comes just one day after Ceb announced his retirement and leaves OG with only its captain and co-founder n0tail on the team’s active roster ahead of the upcoming Dota Pro Circuit.

Call of Duty: Mobile’s first season of 2022—Heist—is underway. Every year, Activision refreshes the seasonal count in the mobile game, reverting to “season one.” The new season has deployed a lot of new content to CoD: Mobile. This includes the Hacienda map from Black Ops 4, the tactical equipment Storm Ball, and two new weapons—the Kilo 141 and the PPSh-41. The season is also marking the Lunar New Year with Activision, bringing the Nuketown Temple map and Red Envelope confirmed mode to mark the occasion.

Singer, songwriter, and producer Derivakat has released a song centered around Dream’s hit series Minecraft Manhunt. The song follows Dream’s perspective in the series as he attempts to beat the game by killing the ender dragon before any of the hunters kill him. Derivakat is a talented song creator and fan who regularly makes songs relating to Minecraft. “Manhunt” was made in collaboration with Yuki, who helped with the melody, lyrics, and arrangement, and Cartian, who helped with production, guitars, drums, mix, and master.

While players cannot make armor and normal weapons, they can make consumable items, throwing weapons, ammunition for ranged weapons, and more. From a first-round loss to a fifth Major title for the organization, OG fought through nearly every top team to win the 2022 Dota Pro Circuit Stockholm Major with a 3-1 victory over TSM today.  Not only did they have to run the lower bracket gauntlet after losing to TSM at the start of the playoffs, but they also had to overcome a big game one loss in the grand finals to set up their eventual reverse sweep.

Apex Legends is bringing some treasure to the holiday spirit this year. Respawn Entertainment has revealed Raiders, the game’s pirate-themed end-of-year event, which runs between Dec. 7 and 21. The collection event is bringing a plethora of additions, including the returning Winter Express LTM and Wattson’s Heirloom set. Though Apex ditched its usual end-of-year theme in 2021, the popular Winter Express game mode is returning for the duration of the event.

Puzzle fans and word game fans all over the world have made Josh Wardle’s web-based game a social media phenomenon, sharing their progress (without spoilers!) in a colorful grid of square emojis. The format is simple: each day, the game picks a different five-letter word for players to guess in up to six tries. The word is always the same for all players, but there are no clues except the letters themselves, which change color depending on where they are in the word, or if they are not in the word at all.

League of Legends players can build ability power on Kai’Sa in the mid lane so effectively right now that they can get easy pentakills. Sometimes, though, they’ll also die immediately after.  In a clip on Reddit shared by user NamiUltedJP, a League player who selected the Daughter of the Void hunted their enemies down one by one, only to be taken down immediately after scoring a pentakill.   The match was already in its late stage when a fight in front of the fourth drake of the game broke out.

Renekton is one of the strongest early-game top laners in League of Legends solo queue. He can annihilate his opponent and become a team-fighting beast with early leads. His kit boasts sustain, a stun, dash, and plenty of base damage.
