Mythic weapons are some of the most powerful tools in Fortnite. Compared to the other weapons in the game, they deal more damage, giving players an advantage over others that may not have mythic weapons in their loadouts. Throughout the latest Fornite seasons, mythic weapons were generally guarded by bosses. Players needed to defeat these bosses to get their hands on mythic weapons. Though defeating bosses wasn’t that hard of a task, the competition made securing mythic weapons hard.

Asmongold has opened up on why he quit playing World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade Classic—and why he won’t be going back—after the iconic MMORPG streamer was grilled on the topic by one of his Twitch fans this week. “Let me tell you why I’m not playing TBC Classic,” Asmongold responded. “It’s because I did. I did back in 2008, and it was fucking glorious. It was amazing. It was the best thing I ever had.

In the run-up to season 13 of Apex Legends, trailers and graphics teased “Ranked Reloaded,” presumably referencing changes coming to the game’s ranked mode. Now, Respawn has revealed the official changes to ranked and they stand to significantly alter the ranked experience for all players in season 13. The changes are extensive and include tweaks to kill points players receive in ranked, the introduction of tier demotions, a change to the entry cost for each match in ranked, and the creation of an entirely new tier in the ranked system.

League of Legends’ meta changes every season. Even mid-season patches can be impactful enough to shake up the game’s balance, and it takes a while for players to get used to all the changes. Once a meta-defining patch goes live, all players will need to go through a small learning period to grasp the basics of the new meta. This may cause you to take your first few matches slowly since you’ll spend more time observing the game for notable changes.

The Mage Tower event is returning to World of Warcraft after a three-year hiatus from the game’s live servers. With seven unique challenges designed for different classes and specializations, the Mage Tower is one of WoW’s most fleshed-out pieces of content.  When the Mage Tower returns to WoW later this year alongside the Legion Timewalking event, players will have the chance to earn event-specific rewards. Players who complete one of the Mage Tower’s challenges will receive a transmogrification set for the class that they complete the challenge with.

Popular Twitch broadcaster and Streamer Awards host QTCinderella said on Twitter she plans to take a break from social media following a surge of negative comments concerning her recent Streamer Awards show. On March 12, QTCinderella organized, produced, and hosted the inaugural Streamer Awards alongside fellow streamer Maya Higa. The award show was an unprecedented success, bringing in record-breaking viewership and earning the praise of countless streamers, viewers, and industry leaders.

A total of 58 Teamfight Tactics champions roam the realms of Set Seven Dragonlands, from dragons and mage casters to tanks, melee, and ranged units.  The Dragonlands set also brings a new mechanic that doubles the cost of dragons while tripling the Origintrait. Each dragon packs a punch in TFT Set Seven, but they aren’t the only units dishing out damage. Returning favorites like Xayah, Thresh, Heimerdinger, and Olaf are ready for a challenge, and new champion dragons like Shi Oh Yu and Idas are ready to synergize teams to victory.

Apex Legends has a pretty cool way to show off your exploits and achievements while playing the game in a feature called banners. In addition to cosmetic items like skins, banners act as a way to show off your skills on a legend using different badges that boast your level, kills, or accomplishments. A banner is split into multiple sections to give players the chance to fully customize their loadout. You have the frame which goes around the banner, the pose for the character, and different badges to showcase your statistics.

The Kraber is Apex Legends’ most infamous gun. The heavy-caliber sniper rifle is the only weapon in the game that can knock down a full-health enemy with one headshot, and shots to the body instantly delete 75 percent of most enemies’ health in one go. Understandably, this makes the Kraber fun to use and exciting for viewers to watch. It also makes the gun miserable to play against, and that goes double for players in the higher ranks of the game.

The new year rings in a decent size Set Six Teamfight Tactics update, focusing on trait-linked Hextech Augment effects, along with over-performing traits, items, and champions. Scheduled to drop on Jan. 5, Patch 12.1 makes a number of adjustments to Heart and Crest Hextech Augments that were buffed in Patch 11.24 with the addition of an added champion. Items like Morellonomicon and Guardian Angel were hit with major nerfs, along with champions like Kai’Sa and Urgot.
