Valve put several rules in place within the Dota Pro Circuit to ensure that teams within specific regions wouldn’t be able to field rosters entirely made up of players competing remotely from other regions or rely entirely on outside talent.  As a result of these safeguards, ESL is penalizing Arkosh Gaming for hosting a roster made up of a majority of players playing from outside of North America, according to the tournament organizer.

League of Legends’ URF mode makes a comeback in Patch 11.19

Ultra Rapid Fire, known as URF, has returned to the League of Legends client for the World Championship update, Patch 11.19. Players will choose their favorite champions and spam their abilities faster than usual when playing in one of League’s most popular game modes.  When starting a game of URF, players will see the Awesome Buff of Awesomely Awesome Buffing over their champion bar. This buff is exclusive to a few game modes in League and grants every summoner 100 percent of mana and energy consumption reduction along with half of the health costs on abilities.

Pokémon reveals all 70 Matchless Fighter cards

Japan’s upcoming Matchless Fighter Pokémon card set has been unveiled a week ahead of its official release on Friday, March 19. As part of the Chilling Reign set, which is expected to release later this year in June in the English language, the set will include over 70 cards, celebrating the Crown Tundra. The official Japanese Pokémon TCG website revealed the cards yesterday, but there are still more to come. The secret rares from the set should be leaked by Tuesday night, according to Pokémon fansite Pokebeach.
