Pokémon Go is getting a new look at fashion with the introduction of the Poodle Pokémon Furfrou.  The Normal-type will be making its first appearance during the annual Fashion Week event, which will run from Sept. 21 to 28. This will also bring in a majority of Furfrou’s different Trims, or forms that don’t change anything beyond how the Pokémon looks.  In total, Furfrou has 10 different Trims, though only nine will be available right away when the Pokémon makes its debut.

Minecraft made its official debut in 2011 and has since amassed millions of players from all around the world. With a huge player base that features a wide range of availability on different platforms, it’s hard to find a game that has established itself as the Mojang developed game has since its creation. In Minecraft, players are allowed to partake in plenty of different activities. And with the game regularly being updated, the fun and new features seem to never stop.

Heat Shields will start dropping again in Apex Legends, but don’t expect to quickly heal your way through the ring anymore. Developer Respawn added the gadget back to the loot pool in regular and ranked playlists today but removed its fast-healing capabilities. The gadget was previously removed from competitive modes and from the crafting loot pool during the Chaos Theory event. It’s returned to all playlists, however, and players should be able to find them on the ground.

League of Legends Patch 11.21 will introduce seven new skins to the game, each from the previously announced Dragonmancer skin line. The release will feature six standard skins and one prestige edition. The champions that the standard skins will be for include Kai’Sa, Thresh, Karma, Volibear, and Yasuo.  Among those champions, Yasuo will be receiving two individual skins, while Volibear will get a prestige edition skin in addition to a standard one.

The ‘80s Action Heroes event has begun in Call of Duty: Mobile. As a part of this, John McClane and Rambo from the Die Hard and Rambo film franchises respectively have dropped into CODM. The most exciting part of this event are the two new bundles that have been introduced into the game: the Die Hard Bundle and the Rambo Bundle. These bundles can be purchased to get the two legendary movie characters along with a ton of other items.

Over eight years after its release, Final Fantasy XIV keeps receiving more content with the launch of the latest expansion, Endwalker, in December 2021. Similar to the previous expansions, new characters you meet in the main scenario will be available in one way or another after the story’s ending, taking the form of mounts or minions. Optimus Omicron is one of them. The minion is described as “a test prototype” created by the Omicrons, which “never reached the mass production stage.

When the COVID-19 pandemic began in early 2020, a game made two years prior surprisingly came into the spotlight. That’s right, we’re talking about Among Us.  When everyone was disconnected and couldn’t see their friends, many players dove into InnerSloth’s production. Among Us was elevated even more thanks to Twitch and YouTube content creators jumping into the game.  Contrary to many other small studios, InnerSloth didn’t give up on their title in its initial stages, leading to an eventual surge in players.

The Toronto Ultra are back again with another community tournament in Call of Duty: Warzone. The $25K Payout tournament returns for a second run, this time featuring duos of Warzone pros and content creators dropping in for the big prize pool on a Monday afternoon. The full list of competitors is still being confirmed, but with $25,000 on the line, it’s a safe bet that the top Warzone players will be finding their way online for the competition.

See League of Legends on Amazon Scheduled to drop on the live servers on Jan. 5, TFT Patch 12.1 starts the new year off with a bang following four weeks of gameplay within Patch 11.24. The update will include a number of “spicy” changes, according to Mortdog—from an Imperial and Heimerdinger buff to a Socialite and Urgot nerf.

One of the most powerful weapons in Fortnite history is back in the game for just one day as part of the Winterfest celebration. That’s right—the Drum Gun is back on the island today. The Drum Gun is a rapid-fire submachine gun that was notorious in the time it existed in the game for completely shredding builds and enemies alike. Its large magazine made it easy for players to hold the fire button and cause total mayhem.
