The lore of Genshin Impact runs deep, and one of the questions players have had for a while is who exactly is Istaroth? Wordle, the word-guessing puzzle created by Josh Wardle, has become an internet phenomenon since its October 2021 release. The idea is simple. Each day, the game will pick a different five-letter word that you must figure out in up to six tries and 24 hours. Escape From Tarkov gives players a unique experience that blends classic looting and shooting with battle royale gameplay. Battlestate Games’ title, however tends to not be the most beginner-friendly games. A huge reason for this is due to the massive amount of keybinds that players need to set before they can enter an Escape from Tarkov match. While there are default keys set for players, some of these are either unintuitive or uncomfortable for some players who might position their hands on the keyboard differently from others.

The first international League of Legends tournament of 2022 is finally here. After a Spring Split that practically flew by, regional champions (and one runner-up, thanks to conflicting schedules) will compete in South Korea for one of pro League’s most prestigious championships, the Mid-Season Invitational.  Compared to our last global power rankings from the preseason, only two familiar faces, T1 and Royal Never Give Up, are back in the mix, largely because MSI is a tournament that features more teams from minor regions than major regions.

Shiny Pokémon aren’t something exclusive to Pokémon Go Fest 2021, but Niantic has made sure that the event isn’t lacking in new variants for players to try and catch.  Not only are there 10 new Shiny Pokémon available during the event, which runs from July 17 and 18 from 10am to 6pm local time, but for ticketed players, their base Shiny encounter rates have been boosted. This applies to all Shiny Pokémon, too, not just the new ones being added for Go Fest.

Pokémon Go players around the world are gathering online and in-person to catch Pokémon during Go Fest 2022, and some Pokémon are easier to find than others. Those who didn’t buy a ticket for the event are having an even harder time finding some of the rarer Pokémon. Tropius and Torkoal are two Pokémon that don’t normally spawn outside of events like these, so players will want to get their hands on as many of them as they can to get as much candy as they can.

New Year is knocking on our doors, and Riot Games already prepared the first champion coming to League of Legends in 2020. Sett is the upcoming juggernaut from Ionia, a champion of raw power players will fight with in the top lane. Sett became a leader of Iona’s criminal underworld after overtaking a fighting pit he used to stand at as the champion. He turned the pit into his own empire and is now looking for fresh blood he can earn more money with on Summoner’s Rift.
