Spiderman fans can unlock a new exciting Fortnite skin that adds a classic take on an iconic character: Mary Jane Watson. The new skin features a classic Mary Jane design complete with bright red hair, a Spiderman shirt, and a unique Web Shredder Pickaxe.  Unlocking the Classic Mary Jane Watson skin is simple but requires a few V-Bucks. Pro Apex Legends players will test out the competitive potential of season 11’s new map this week. Even two-time championship teams aren’t immune from the effects of free agency during the Overwatch League offseason.   San Francisco Shock main tank Yoo “Smurf” Myeong-hwan has announced his entry into free agency heading into the 2022 season. He clarified by saying he’s still under contract with the Shock, at least for the time being, but is allowed to “look for other options.”  Smurf has been a core part of the Shock roster since late 2018 and was a critical part of both of the team’s Overwatch League championship wins in 2019 and 2020.

Five months after multiple THESPIKE staff members spoke out about not being paid by former CEO Artur Minacov, the company announced today that it has “closed a transfer of ownership” that includes payment for all staff members and writers.  In May, members of the THESPIKE writing staff accused Minacov of owing them $40,000 for months of unpaid work. After the entire staff contacted Minacov about the issue and didn’t receive a response, they went public with their situation.

We might have gotten a ton of K/DA content over the past few months, but fans could be seeing the return of League of Legends‘ other virtual music group, True Damage, this December. Thutmose, the voice actor for True Damage Ekko, said today that he’ll be taking part in a “collab” with Riot Games on Saturday, Dec. 12—using the hashtags “Ekkogang” and “AllStar2020.” As a result, many people are speculating that True Damage could be returning for the upcoming event.

After several years of Magic: The Gathering crossing over into Dungeons & Dragons, the world’s biggest tabletop role-playing game will join forces with Magic for Dungeons & Dragons: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms, the first crossover set in Magic’s history. The two properties are both in the Wizards of the Coast family, making the cross over a natural transition. Adventures in the Forgotten Realms is a main expansion that brings D&D mechanics and flavor to the card gam,e which started as a way for adventurers to pass time in between D&D sessions.
