Fuse received a significant buff in the latest Apex Legends update, and a player showed how just effective the changes are in a game-winning clip.  The Apex Legends Emergence patch introduced a lot of new content for players to enjoy, including several adjustments and changes to legends. Fuse received a significant update, and his Motherload ultimate ability now reveals players caught in the blast. His Knuckle Duster ability also lasts twice as long, meaning players can continuously keep an enemy in a spot while the cluster bomb explodes.

The new Jumpstart event has launched in MTG Arena. But with over 46 themes, players want to know which packs are the best to choose.  Each Jumpstart pack contains 20 cards, with some featuring Mythic Rare and Rares. Players get to choose two themes to play, forming a 40-card preconstructed deck to compete in the Jumpstart event. You also get to keep the cards from those preconstructed themed packs and can play them in the Historic mode.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl have added many quality of life features and new mechanics to spice up the classic Sinnoh adventure for new and returning players.  One feature introduced in Diamond and Pearl before being carried into multiple future Pokémon titles is the ability to have your team members follow you in the overworld. And now, players can utilize this mechanic in its region of origin thanks to the remakes—but only after they advance far enough in the game.

Riot Games has launched its own avatar creator to celebrate the recent release of its first League of Legends inspired animated show, Arcane. Ahead of the next act’s release this Saturday, Nov. 13, you can stylize yourself in the steampunk-inspired look of Piltover and Zaun. Legion raids have recently joined Lost Ark with the release of Valtan, and many players are starting to progress through the fight, hoping to complete it for rewards. But following the weekly reset yesterday, players have been experiencing extremely long queue times, specifically on the NA West servers. Some also reported they have been kicked from the game after finally being able to log in following hours of waiting. The queue times in NA West servers are highly unusual since all other Occidental servers do not have waiting times at all upon logging in.

The 2021 season of League of Legends was full of in-game events, ranging from the anticipated Arcane celebration to the controversial Sentinels of Light event. Events provided players with weekly missions and opportunities to purchase premium passes that provided more missions for exclusive content, though gaining the points to grasp these rewards was often challenging. VTubing, a form of streaming that uses an animated avatar, is getting a new star next week—and it’s none other than Miles “Tails” Prower of Sonic the Hedgehog fame. Tails will be hosting a “fun and informative” weekly show that will focus on “all things Sonic.” It’s anyone’s guess what the content of the show will be, but a look back at Sonic’s history and maybe even a tease of what’s to come could be on the docket.
