For the first time since being reworked into a melee class in World of Warcraft Patch 7.0, all the way back in 2016, Survival Hunter is a competitively viable, borderline top-tier class during Patch 9.2, the final patch of the Shadowlands expansion.  With near-unrivaled potency in multi-target situations, as well as relative strength in single-target fights, Survival Hunter makes for a strong option in any raid or Mythic+ group. With the right talents and gear, Survival Hunter turns into one of the game’s best specializations.

In Call of Duty: Warzone, the weaponry is all about high damage and decent range. Both are needed to dominate the huge battle royale map. Much like the DMR 14, the Type 63 is a powerhouse semi-auto rifle under the tactical rifle class of weapons that was added to Warzone alongside season one in Black Ops Cold War. But it’s had a resurgence in season five thanks to some interesting weapon-crafting.

Twitch culture is truly strange. It’s dominated by memes, memers, emotes, and never-ending trends that wax and wane with the times. It can be difficult to keep up with all of Twitch’s memes and endless emotes. Some emotes, however, withstand the test of time and ascend above their initial status to become nearly as big as Twitch itself, like Kappa. BibleThump is another one of these emotes. It’s been around seemingly forever, and it’s used in Twitch chats constantly in some very specific and sometimes upsetting situations.

Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut is one of the best CS:GO players in the world. The Frenchman has shown great determination and discipline throughout his career, earning him recognition from fans. ZywOo demonstrated his mechanical skills to the whole world when he joined the ranks of Team Vitality in 2018. Since joining the team, Vitality has become one of the best squads in the world. In addition to many tournament winnings, his rise to the top was also crowned by HLTV when he was chosen as the best CS:GO player of 2019 and 2020.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus puts a large emphasis on gathering materials to use in the game’s crafting system, which allows players to create ancient versions of items that would previously have just been purchased from Poké Marts in previous iterations.  This is done through the use of Crafting Recipes, which you can unlock by completing missions, requests, ranking up your Pokédex, or simply purchasing them at the Craftworks in Jubilife Village. 

Even if you have the latest gaming system or PC decked out with a top-dollar graphics card and processor, a poor WiFi connection will disrupt your playing experience before a match even starts. If you’re using a wireless adapter that struggles to keep pace with the hottest live-service games, now’s the time to upgrade to a WiFi-6 router for gaming. This change will eliminate choppy stuttering, maintain seamless quality despite a demanding connection, and provide a high-speed experience across multiple devices.

The debate between whether a controller or mouse and keyboard is better for gaming continues with no end in sight. Every player has their preference, and many are biased toward their platform of choice.  Deciding which input method is best is challenging because of how many different games and platforms exist. Some games are simply easier to play with certain input methods compared to others. If a game is originally released on consoles and subsequently ported to PC, a mouse and keyboard might not actually be the optimal input method.

Minecraft‘s Wild Update included a bunch of new things including a new biome that has some new trees to chop down. One of those biomes is the mangrove swamp. New areas mean new decorative items to bring back to your base, and with the mangrove swamp, there is a bunch of new flora and fauna to gather. Immediately upon entering a mangrove swamp biome, players will notice some different-looking trees.

There are a lot of Pokémon to catch in the Crown Tundra even after you finish the story in Pokémon Sword and Shield’s DLC. The extradimensional Pokémon known as Ultra Beasts are returning in The Crown Tundra for the first time since Sun and Moon. Ultra Beasts can be unlocked upon completing the main story and finishing all of the legendary clues. You need to catch all of the legendary birds and Regis to receive one more legendary clue from Peony.

Because Super Smash Bros. competitions were in a state of flux during the COVID-19 pandemic, Panda Global and its PGstats team decided to halt work on its PGR rankings for both Melee and Ultimate until things could stabilize. And now that offline Majors are starting to pick back up heading into 2022, that two-year hiatus is also coming to an end—with a few caveats.  Yes, both the MPGR (Melee) and PGRU (Ulitmate) will begin compiling data again for the next set of rankings starting on Jan.
