On Feb. 16, the League of Legends community saw the release of Patch 12.4. NPCs have become a core part of the Fortnite experience. Not only are they essential parts of a season’s storyline, but they also found themselves a place in the metagame. Epic Games introduces new NPCs to the game with each season, and Chapter Three, season three, isn’t any different. Pride month recently kicked off and Riot Games is celebrating the occasion with events in all of its games. Earlier in the week, the developer introduced Pride-themed player cards in VALORANT. Lost Ark has finally arrived in the West. Fortnite kicked off the second season of its third chapter recently, introducing meta-defining changes to the game and a stacked battle pass. The battle pass, featuring names like Doctor Strange and many original characters, serves as the main incentive to level up in Fortnite. Completing weekly and daily challenges will be enough to maximize a battle pass, but the leveling system was also tweaked in the new season. The leveling system in Fortnite used to start off with 40,000 XP and would top out at 80,000 XP to level up at level 21.

Destiny 2‘s Dawning event is here for another year and guardians are once again flocking to the Tower to bake cookies for their favorite NPCs. Depending on who they want to bake for, players will need different ingredients. Some are easier to obtain than others, but in general, they all drop from final blows—and the manner of that final blow determines the ingredient. There are two categories of ingredients. Common ingredients are based on the type of enemy defeated, while rare ingredients take into account how they were defeated.

Final Fantasy XIV offers endless customisation choices for the players, featuring many different aesthetics and themes, the most common of all being animal mounts. The Adamantoise belongs to this category, but despite its appearance, it’s far from ordinary. The Adamantoise mount is one of the most popular in the game because of its peculiar way of flying. When the players leave the ground, the turtle-like mount hides its legs and head into its shell to start spinning endlessly, with sand particles flowing around it.

Multiple Magic: The Gathering cards from Core Set 2021 have maintained and increased their value over time, from booster fun variations to regular versions. Released on July 3, 2020, Core Set 2021 contained a total of 278 regular cards. Cycles within the set included Shrines and tribal lords, along with five planeswalkers. Upon rotating out of the Standard format, several M21 cards increased in value due to gameplay in formats like Pioneer, Commander, and Modern.
