If you want to evolve Galarian Slowpoke to Slowbro in Pokémon Sword and Shield, you will first need to get eight of a series of items known as Galarica Twigs. Unfortunately for fans, like the majority of items in the game, it can be unclear where these items are and how to find them. The twigs can occasionally be found under trees by the Dojo and scattered across the Isle of Armor’s world.

Voice actor Chris Edgerly, who provides the iconic voice for Apex Legends’ Pathfinder, recently played a few games of the popular battle royale and managed to unlock his character’s Heirloom set—and he improvised a few lines while in character, too. Edgerly was playing Apex last night when he unlocked a couple of Apex packs. He opened the first pack expecting various skins or cosmetics but was surprised to see Heirloom Shards instead.

Niantic is set to add a new Weekly Challenges feature to Pikmin Bloom that will see players work alongside their friends to complete challenges. The new feature is set to be added to the game’s next big update and will allow players to select challenges and join a group of friends to complete them over the course of a week. These challenges include things like walking a set amount of steps with your friends over a period of seven days.

The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Sentosa Grand Finals took place on May 21. Twelve teams from around the world competed for a share of the prize pool and the title of champions. Eight teams directly qualified for the finals by winning different regional competitions around the world. Four more teams qualified through the play-ins, which were held on May 14 at the same venue. The 12 teams played six matches in the finals to decide the champion.

Developers Riot Games has pulled Split from the competitive VALORANT queue following the discovery of a map exploit, the company announced today.  The date for its return is yet to be revealed, but players will likely have to wait only a few days considering the exploit will be hotfixed.  The specific exploit was not mentioned by Riot, but it could relate to the Jett updraft in heaven, which can cause players to be lodged above the entrance.

Pokémon Go provides players with the opportunity to capture their favorite Pokémon species from the franchise’s many generations. Each unique Pokémon has different abilities and statistics, which can be confusing for players to know the best choice to take into battle against other players or in raids. The available Pokémon can be broken down into 18 different types. Much like in the traditional console games, each type will be more or less effective depending on the Pokémon type you are facing.

Maybe Omen is an octopus after all. One savvy VALORANT fan seemingly discovered an Easter egg where the Ancient Mysteries Revealed gun buddy changes colors when equipped to Omen’s contract Ghost skin. The player posted their findings today, showcasing the octopus’ different hues. The gun buddy, which players can unlock at tier 47 of the Episode Two, Act Three battle pass, is a red octopus holding a dark substance in one of its tentacles.

One year ago, Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken left Team Liquid and North America to join the international CS:GO roster playing under FaZe Clan. He made his main event debut in the BLAST Premier Spring group stage. And now, one year later, Twistzz is back alongside some new teammates to compete yet again. But there was a very small chance that Twistzz wouldn’t return to BLAST Premier Spring alongside FaZe. Twistzz told Dot Esports that he had a “friendly conversation” with players on Team Liquid about potentially returning to his old club during their post-PGL Major rebuild, but confirmed he didn’t talk to anyone on the organizational side and that it wasn’t serious.

Several of Destiny 2’s seasonal challenges involve diving into playlist activities such as the Crucible, Gambit, and Strikes. Week seven is no different. There are seven challenges to choose from and one of them, in particular, requires players to test their might against others in a specific playlist. The Cadre of Contenders challenge tasks players with completing matches in the Glory-ranked playlist in the Crucible. But strangers to the game mode may have a hard time finding the right place to go.
