League of Legends gameplay design director Mark “Scruffy” Yetter went into extensive detail today regarding upcoming nerfs to several champions in Patch 11.6.  Perhaps two of the hardest-hit champions in the upcoming patch will be Renekton and Lillia, who each received heavy nerfs to their ultimate abilities.  11.6 Patch Preview with the tentative changes. All three maps in Apex Legends will be in the quickplay rotation during the game’s next season, Respawn developers confirmed today. This marks the first time that players will be able to alternate between the three maps since Olympus launched. The change does not affect the competitive mode, however. Olympus, Apex‘s third map, debuted in season seven and its arrival caused Respawn to vault one map each season. Kings Canyon and World’s Edge alternated their absences based on which one would be in the ranked split.

TSM’s CEO Andy “Reginald” Dinh has been under the spotlight for the majority of his career. But now, the 29-year-old owner is being investigated by Riot Games for alleged bullying and verbal abuse toward his employees and players, according to WIRED’s Cecilia D’Anastasio. “We are aware of the allegations made about the CEO/owner of TSM,” Riot Games said in a statement to WIRED. “As the league operator, we have engaged the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP to conduct an independent investigation into claims of misconduct made against the leader of this team, in accordance with standard league process.

One of the Pokémon that got a new regional form in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is Qwilfish. It’s in several locations around the Hisuian region for trainers to find. To find Hisuian Qwilfish, you first must find Basculegion and ride it to interact with Pokémon in the water. From atop your Basculegion, you can throw Poké Balls at Qwilfish or initiate a battle with it to catch it. Hisuian Qwilfish can be found in several locations across the map, including Ramanas Island in Obsidian Fieldlands or in Tranquility Cove, Lunkers Lare, and Islespy Shore in Cobalt Coastlands.

There will be no in-person BlizzCon event later this year, Blizzard Entertainment confirmed today. A “global event” is being planned for early next year instead. BlizzCon 2020 was postponed and reimagined as BlizzConline earlier this year, so the news is not that much of a surprise to most but still a disappointment to many. But with the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, the company says it’s still not ready to host an in-person event just yet.

Discord has released a very weird video titled Discord – The Movie (2021) starring celebrities like Danny DeVito, Awkwafina, J.Balvin, Mr. Beast, and more. The unique video also features actual Discord users who the company says helped inspire the movie, which is centered around Awkwafina and others trying to explain to DeVito what the online text, audio, and video chat application is all about. “It all comes back to an Instagram story where we asked our followers, ‘what does Discord mean to you?

There are a few quests that League of Legends players can trigger by playing specific champions based on their relationship in the lore. A new one is coming to Summoner’s Rift with Senna going live and the quest will pit her against her arch-enemy, Thresh. As Senna’s husband, Lucian will be involved in the quest as well. Senna and Thresh’s special quest is another highlight of the lore surrounding the Dark Mist.
